Japanese newspaper "Nikkei Business Daily" reported - Japanese scientists recently obtained in the white LED lighting technology breakthroughs, success will almost double the LED luminous efficiency.
Japanese scientists developed the new LED technology uses a Sunbeam energy conversion structure, using purple LED and the light-sensitive silicon-carbon compounds to improve energy conversion efficiency of substrate. Power per watt available will be from the existing 70 lumens brightness up to 130 lumens.
Professor Satoshi Kamiyama Meijo University in Japan in January will start a new LED light unit of production and marketing.
The new plant initially will reach 40 million yen funding, other manufacturers may also be a partner shares.
