STC4000 is a compact multi-channel spectrometer (ordinary CCD spectrometer), test speed, small size, low price. However, stray light and more dark noise, high output, high temperature dependence and a narrow dynamic range, the accuracy of such spectrometer for less demanding applications.
STC4000 with different accessories can be used for the chip, LED, lighting, lamps, displays and other light color measurement. Measurement parameters include the relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, spectral purity, color temperature, color rendering index, half-wave width, luminous flux, radiant power, the red than the color tolerance, brightness, illumination, light intensity and so on.
