Introduction
ES540 series is dedicated green nitride phosphor LED, and market similar products, compared with high brightness, thermal stability, security, environmental characteristics, applicable to the UV and blue LED chip based packages.

u Chemical stability: water stability, can withstand -50 ℃ to 300 ℃.

Use
u-chip package with the aqua blue, blue LED.
u and the other color LED phosphors mixed with the production of high color rendering white LED.
Use
