A range of applications

This product is a high-purity two-component heat curing silicone materials. Mainly used in high-power LED Lens filled manufacturing, the role of silicone chip also includes a mechanical protection, stress release, and as a light guide structure, strengthening heat, to reduce the chip junction temperature and improve the LED performance. To improve the reliability of LED packaging, silica gel also has low moisture absorption, low stress, anti-aging properties. The LED has better durability and reliability.
